10.0We booked our stay during Sea Witch. I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews. I can’t express how happy we were with the accommodations. When I first inquired at the hotel, the desk attendant was overly friendly and helpful. At the time of checking in Dee was very friendly and accommodating. Our family wasn’t arriving until the early morning hours and she made it extremely easy for them to arrive and hit the room. No matter how many questions I had she was very patient and always kept a smile. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. They have the basics; refrigerator, coffee maker (k-cups) and extra sink in the ocean front rooms. The only con I would make is the location as far as the festivities going on.. I figured it would be nice to be away from the crowd. If you don’t mind a couple steps, it’s fine. We didn’t find it a problem at all. Even the parking worked out on such a busy weekend. I would recommend this hotel.

10.0This is a new frills,, close to the beach, hotel with great access to restaurants and other attractions on the Rehoboth Boardwalk.Great side view of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to get on the beach. Staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early since the room was available. Would definitely stay here since it’s an incredibly good value for the money.
