− The comfort of be & musty smell air conditioner filter should be replaced
Front Husband and Wife Receptionist give horrible vibes.
1.0There was no breakfast ? But I didn’t expect any when booking.
− The 2 front receptionist that we’re helping me. I arrived to check in July 14th went to the front desk to ask for more towels was given 2 with no issue. The following night after all the stuff we did needed more towels at night, when I went I was questioned if they received the 2 towels from night before. I stood in confusing not understanding the question because our room was cleaned so I said exactly that as in you’d only ask that irrelevant question if he knew something and we got in a scramble of him re wording the question and saying he’s got to make sure all of this is written down, but that’s none of my concern I’m on vacation and we did nothing with the towels. After that ridiculous was to end my night I come back to the room with my wife she immediately reads all reviews of the hotel which we didn’t do before booking. Multiple people complaining about being told BS about towels, maids saying rooms were dirty etc. All in role it seems for them to pull that to keep your deposit. Makes perfect sense to me with my scenario that occurred. So we will see if I get my deposit back. I would recommend to drive right past this place and pay the extra buck to definitely have a regular hotel experience as you should on vacation. Not have to hear some BS about towels and treat it like I took a TV.

It was very clean and a great location.

− The beds were very uncomfortable. One of the beds had plastic on it and it was hot and every time you moved you could hear the plastic. The bedding was very old.
Great value. You get what you pay for but overall above average .

− Beds were not comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress.
