2.0There was no electricity in hotel rooms and the manager won't come out to address the issues for all customers asking questions. Staff was not able to answer any questions or help customers at all. One of the worst customer service ever experienced.

8.0The Hotel was comfortable and most importantly, the Staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and breakfast options are adequate. Room service for food was sometimes delayed but generally ok.
