Good Potential, but Several Avoidable Issues

The food was exceptional. Wide selection of everything for the various tastes. The private beach was good, but a bit overcrowded.

− Overall, the stay was okay, but several issues left me disappointed. Before booking, I asked twice about parking and was told the staff would help us find parking on arrival. Instead, we were met with a dismissive attitude and told that everyone finds parking themselves. Even after showing the previous messages, no help was offered. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Only after we complained were we given access to a different network that worked much better. This should have been offered from the start. The biggest disappointment was the tennis facilities. Before booking, I specifically asked if tennis was available, and the positive answer was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. However, there were no tennis balls available during our entire 3-day stay, despite asking every day. It's unacceptable to advertise an amenity that guests cannot actually use. Finally, during the evening disco, the DJ played "Matушка Земля" by Tatiana Kurtukova. While I understand the intention was probably just to play popular music, this song has become closely associated with Russian state propaganda regarding the war against Ukraine. As someone who strongly condemns the war, I found it deeply uncomfortable, and I can only imagine how distressing it may have been for any Ukrainian guests present. I hope the hotel will be more mindful when selecting music in the future.

Несмотря на какие-то внутренние тонкости по бронированию отеля, отпуск прошел отлично. По приезде нам сказали, что партнер отеля продал больше номеров чем есть по факту. Нам пришлось ночь провести в другом отеле этой же сетки. Это причинило некий дискомфорт. Но менеджер отеля Мустафа постарался сделать этот нюанс максимально незаметным для нас. Незнаю чья вина - отеля или партнеров, но за это снимаю один бал. Все остальное соответствует описанию. Номер у нас был угловой, после ремонта все было превосходно. Еда, территория, развлечения - все соответствует цене/звездности.

− А вот пляж в лагуне подвел. То как показано на фото - это платная территория. В бесплатной зоне все намного проще. Оч много людей. Мы покатались на сапах и уехали. Дальше ходили на море. Рядом есть частный пляж, где цена дешевле чем в лагуне и море открытое. Так что есть выбор.

− - There were cockroaches at the buffet meal. - Waiter in pool bar hit on my wife - she found this very uncomfortable. - driver of mini bus broke law transporting guests.

− No communication about pre booking of sun loungers on beach. Beach is not close to resort. Very basic bland cheap food.

I will come back next year. My little son cried and asked me to bring him here next year

I've been staying here for two years in a row! I bring my mom and a young child here. This is the best value for money hotel in Oludeniz. This year, I haven't had any negative experiences, only positive ones. The staff is working on improving their services. The entertainment program is excellent (our family's favorite is the Kapadokya disco). At our request, they brought back the sun-dried tomatoes with nuts for a couple of days (we had enough of them). Otherwise, everything is perfect! The sea is clean, warm, the food is excellent (lots of fish), and the entertainment program is interesting and varied! The treatment of children is beyond praise! This year, I would give the hotel 5 stars!

− I liked everything! This year, they took into account the mistakes of the past and informed us in writing about mosquito control.
