9.0Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, apartamento espaçoso e confortável. Ótima localização, próximo de muitos restaurantes e barzinhos do bairro Savassi. Mas não dava pra ouvir nenhum barulho da vizinhança.
− A rua do condomínio estava passando por uma obra da prefeitura, então estava interditada. Isso nos fez ficar rodando um pouco para retornar ao condomínio. À noite tem bastante morador de rua nas proximidades do hotel, mas não nos abordaram nem para pedir nada. No apartamento, havia uns equipamentos mais antigos (ar condicionado da sala, rodapé próximo à porta precisando de manutenção), mas não comprometeu nossa estadia.

10.0Quarto grande, confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, itens sempre sendo repostos. Tomei café um dia às 7h e outros dias às 9h30 e a qualidade era a mesma. Localização é excelente. Dá pra fazer vários passeios a pé, pois tem muita opção de bares e restaurantes.
− Podiam reavaliar o horário do checkout, ser mais flexível.
