2.0Horrible Horrible experience. I tried to make it right and they do not care about quality or anything. This was the JETTED TUB ROOM I GOT THAT WE DID NOT USE. The knobs were all broken off. The room they advertise online is not the same room you get. False advertising. We tried to get a room somewhere else and were just gonna cut our losses. Will not be going back
False Advertising
2.0I have been a loyal customer of Surftides, however recently they have shown unethical business practices. They have had a special advertised on their website where if you stay at least 2 nights during the week, you get the 3rd free. However, the discount was not being taken when reserved online. I called the front desk numerous times and was told they were working to fix it. However, they would not book it over the phone. Finally, I was able to reach the front desk supervisor and was told the discount was no longer valid even though it is still being advertised. They are advertising a special but will not honor it.

10.0Had a balcony room and it was gorgeous to sit out there and watch the ocean! Our hair dryer broke and they had someone to our room within 5-10 minutes with a new one. Employees were very nice

6.0The view and beach access are great, unfortunately the rest is just ok. The hot water was inconsistent, sometimes out after about 10 seconds. Ants around sinks in room and bathroom. They ran out of coffee pods for the room (we’re told we could come back in a few days for more).

4.0They have not updated pictures of the outside, probably since it was built. It looks very old and rundown. The bed was horrible, the shower didn’t drain, furniture old and outdated. The room smelled of cigarettes. The pool quiet time for adults only was impossible due to drunken “adults” yelling and screaming. Would not recommend.
You made us feel like family!
10.0Our room overlooking the golf course was great and also had a nice view of Salt Lake City. Our host Seliyah was fabulous to work with and made us feel like we were part of her family. The morning breakfast was a highlight with so many options and delicious food that kept getting refilled to the end. Thank you for making our first visit to Salt Lake for a wedding so enjoyable!
