2.0I never give a bad review on a hotel. The curtains were hanging broken and open. The hot tub was filthy and had literal pubic hair in it and all on the filter itself. When going to shower there was no water pressure and was nut sufficient for washing hair. The shower head and handle was ZIP TIED to the bracket. No phone in the room and they do not answer the phone to help solve any issues. This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay I've ever had anywhere.

2.0I personally made and paid for my niece and her husband to spend three days here to help with funeral plans. First, no keys clerk had to use his key to open door, first night they said icemaker had to be cleaned, never was for three days. Was told truck never delivered breakfast, that excuse extended three days also. Sad time to get sad accommodations.Any or all of the $255.93 refund would be greatly appreciated especially now. Thank you.
