10.0The property is very well maintained. Room, pools, fitness center, restrooms, showers, sauna, and elevators are very clean. The property is about 50 steps from the beach.

6.0The place is old and the upkeep is not the greatest. Curtains were dirty and we all woke up the 1st day with insects bite. We thought it was from the beach but, other siblings in the group that did not go in the beach had insects bites too! So, basically left the place pretty discouraged and afraid to bring those beg bugs to our home . I did let the front desk know they need to check the mattresses at both apartments. Thank you will NOT be coming back here

10.0My family of four which included an 8 and 4 year old had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and right on the water. The beach was steps away and empty. We were with a group of about 40 people and we all had a great time. All the units were equipped with a full-size kitchen and had everything we needed to cook meals. This truely is a hidden gem.
