Good hotel BUT.

Went to this hotel 25 July 2026 to 29july 2026. Hotel very friendly and clean. Good breakfast. Most staff excellent. Only drawback was dishonesty from at least one member of staff. Date 28 July 2026 afternoon. My wife ordered room service and paid the waitress cash. Upon checking out we were told we still had to pay for the room service. The waitress had pocketed the money herself. Another possible dishonesty and I give details so the hotel can check for themselves. We were celebrating one of our groupsrecent birthday and wanted to open a private bottle of whisky by the pool to celebrate. The pool barman charged us 300 baht corkage which is not the hotel policy. I suspect this went into his pocket as we did not get an official receipt. Date Sunday 26 July early evening. I hope the hotel check this. I would like to say I recommend this hotel but for these incidents so would say to guests,”do not pay cash for anything and charge it to your room. The room in question was 601. I personally will dot be going back there. John Tett

A reasonable price for stay in a very nice location

this hotel is placed in a very nice location with terminal 21 being exactly in front of it. nearby there’s 2 7/11 and 2 tops. here you can relax with a nice pool, the depth goes to 3m. the room is great, we lived at the first floor, you can go to your room through the pool area. if it matters to you, there’s 2 smoking zones on the outside, but you can’t smoke in your room! price is reasonable, for our 10 days we paid a nice price and actually chose this place out of location / value.

Everything was good. Food, pool, way to the beach. Yet...the room for three people feels too small. The second bed is brought and it's...mostly uncomfortable. Can't sit comfortably, the pillow tends to crawl over the edge and onto the bedside table. And the main bed edges...we hit our legs on them too many times. Pleasant bonus is that they sometimes bring biscuits or oranges to rooms, perhaps 1 time in a week to show their gratitude for choosing this hotel

Det eneste hotel i byen jeg betragter som mit hjem når jeg er der. At besøge byen og ikke bo der ville føles mangelfuldt. Placeringen er den bedste i hele Pattaya. Og så er der natur. Hvis man vil ha ny luksus, så kan man bo ved Space Hotel lige ved siden af, hvor man teknisk set kunne være i hvilken som helst by, da man ikke mærker naturen fra xx etage.

− Eneste minus er poolen lukker kl 18 men det er til at lave med.
