We stayed at 6 or 7 different places during our trip, and Hold Rome Luxury Suites was unfortunately one of our least favorite. The only real positive is its proximity to the main train station (Roma Termini). However, the immediate area feels unsafe and run-down. There is widespread graffiti, visible substance use, and rats around the street trash, which made us uncomfortable walking around after dark (around 8:00 PM). The property itself is a 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor where rooms are rented individually, with a shared hallway and kitchen. Everything inside feels cut-cornered to the bare minimum: • Bedding: The mattresses and pillows are cheap foam that sink completely, offering almost no support. • Amenities & Service: We stayed for 4 days and were never provided fresh towels. • Wi-Fi: Coverage does not reach every corner of the room. Where it does connect, the speed is extremely slow and continuously drops. It feels like management provides the absolute bare minimum, knowing guests are unlikely to return. I would not recommend staying here unless location to the station is your only priority.

Singurul avantaj real a fost că ne-am putut lăsa bagajele la ora 12:00, când am sosit. De asemenea, patul avea lenjerie curată și prosoapele au fost curate.

− Dezamăgire totală Am petrecut 3 nopți la această proprietate și experiența a fost extrem de neplăcută. În rest, serviciile și curățenia lasă de dorit, un aspect de neacceptat pentru o locație care își spune „Luxury”. Iată problemele concrete pe care le-am întâmpinat: Lipsă de intimitate: gazda ne urmărea pe camerele video amplasate pe hol. Știa când plecam și când veneam. Nici nu am ajuns bine în prima zi că ne-a pus sub nas telefonul cu mesajul în care ne cerea taxa de turist. Pentru aceasta taxa nu au fost emise niciun fel de documente fiscale, ceea ce ma duce cu gandul la eludarea financiara; recomandabil era ca aceste taxe sa fie incluse direct in pretul achitat prin booking. In barul din cameră am găsit două sticle de 500 de ml de apă pentru patru persoane. Peste tot era praf și mizerie, inclusiv sub pat erau cocoloașe de praf, Baie neîngrijită: capacele la chiuvetă și la duș pline de păr, aerisirea din baie plină de praf, cabina de duș era plină de stropi de apă uscați pe geamuri, iar peria de la WC era extrem de murdară. Mic dejun dezastruos: Am găsit pâine mucegăită. În bucătărie erau doar iaurturi, ouă, salam, dintre cele mai ieftine. Dulceața, untul și Nutella la cutiuțe mici, de o calitate îndoielnică. Aparatură degradată: Ceainicul electric era plin de calcar și imposibil de folosit. Restricții absurde: Nu am avut voie să intrăm în bucătărie decât dimineața, strict în timpul micului dejun. Ni s-a reprosat ca am tinut o cutie cu felii de pizza in frigider. Servicii minime: Gazda venea doar când plecam noi din cameră și se limita doar la a lua gunoiul din cosul de gunoi, fara a schimba si sacul de gunoi si fără să facă curățenie. Numele promite lux, dar realitatea oferă condiții precare și o atmosferă inconfortabilă din cauza supravegherii insistente.

The property was very nice in a very good location next to Rome Termini station. Room was very clean.

− The area immediately outside of the apartment was a bit unpleasant and smelly.

Quarto muito bom, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã incluso. Isabella bem atenciosa e nos deixou bem a vontade.
