9.0Location, staff, room, air conditioning, facilities in room including teas and coffee. Comfy bed , clean, nice bathroom.
− Some items in the breakfast were poor. The yoghurt tasted cheap and slightly off. The fruit was sharp. The cooked breakfast wasn't great either. Sausages looked pale and undercooked. I stuck to weetabix and toast. The high bar stools didn't seem to appeal to most breakfast guests.

7.0Lovely decor, clean and well maintained. Staff were exceptional. They were friendly and attentive to all requests.
− We had some trouble with the air con when we arrived as there was no signage to say to close the window so it works properly. Even when we did that, the air con was still quite weak but we were given a fan which really helped. Also the breakfast was limited for someone who can’t have gluten. Always include hash browns as everyone can eat them! The beds are also very soft and messed up my back on the first day of our trip which wasn’t ideal so keep that in mind before you book.
