9.0Zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. Echt kwaliteitsvoedsel. Traditionele pub, mooi gedecoreerd. Parking aan pub en bus naar Bath en andere bestemmingen tegenover de herberg.

− How our booking was trying to be changed on arrival by being told we had a double not twin room that I had booked and had email confirmation nearly a year ago,after coming back an hour and half later after apparently speaking to the manager she said oh we’ve managed to find you a twin room and then tried to charge us £13 more than I had originally booked it for even with the butcombe discount! But then paid original price after showing her my booking on booking.com Not good enough after having driven up from south Devon on a very hot day then being messed about.
