4.0Staff didn't even have a room key for me. Find out he give it to another guest. Also there is supposed to be no pets but the room next door had a dog, and the dog kept barking and crying eveey time we moved. Tried to report to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it because they did have the guests information.

6.0Over all it was fine but the cleaning smell was so overwhelming I had to sleep with the windows open all night which then was rather loud owing to the passing trains. Also someone was smoking in the room next to me so that seeped in too. The front desk person had to keep running back and forth between two properties to get me checked in but the women who cleaned my room was very dear.

2.0The room wasn’t what it looked like online. Also, when you got there, it wasn’t a king size king size room. It was a queen size bed in a small studio room, very stingy with the towels and also very weird.

10.0Wow! My Cat & Dog were allowed to stay. Had a connected little dog park. Great location near lots of businesses, even grocery store. Comfie bed. My animals liked it too!

2.0This place was so dirty and scary. You need to put some money into the hotel! Plus our room had a double bed when I reserved a king size in the room was as big as the bed, literally! When I went in and showed them my reservation for a King, she said sorry we’re sold out. I had to leave and go elsewhere and then fight for my money back.
