− It was dirty, furniture needs upgrading, tape on bathroom cabinet, curtains hanging off the pole, bed creaked everytime you moved and an elastoplast(plaster) was stuck on the door frame to the bathroom. The towel rail was filthy!!

6.0Lokacija hotela je bila odlicna za moje potrebe, osoblje je na moj zahtev za promenom sobe (koja je bila prljava i sa ociglednim problemima u kupatilu), odgovorilo pozitivno i dobio sam drugu sobu.

1.0I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
− Catfish - do not stay at this hotel. The photos on booking.com are not representative of the room. I booked a deluxe room which on the photos had a small tilled kitchen, this was actually a fridge, kettle and microwave in the room, which were dirty and did not match the photo. The room was very dirty and tired with filthy curtains, marks on the bedding, a slug on the shower curtains, scuffs all over the walls, marked toilet seat and shower floor. It was very depressing room. I paid £180 for the deluxe room and was catfished. When I asked for a refund this was declined. Do not stay here.

1.0Det var blodfläckar både i sängar och på väggar. Massor av hår av blandad hårfärg och längd i sängarna lager av damm på stolar krossat fönster stopp i avlopp allt var smutsigt och färgen vlrjade släppa på dörrar listet och väggar luktade fuktskadat. Vi fick se 3 olika rum då mindotter bodde med vänner i ett rum jag och min yngre dotter bodde i ett annat rum där vi fick en smal dubbelsäng trots att jag är säker på att jag bokade två enkelsängar. Efter 2 nätter (där jag såv på golvet) fick vi ett annat rum med enkel sängar vilkrt jag fått mail om veckan innan att jag skulle fått direkt när vi kom alla rum var lika smutsiga. Det nya rummet luktade kraftigt mögel då det även där var stopp i avloppet i dushen vilket gjorde att om man intw var uppmärksam så rann vattnet över kanten vilket man såg har hänt då golvet restsig av fukt. Det rannäven in i väggen i duschen där vattnet rann ut genom väggen ut i sovrummet där man såg att väggen var uppsvälld och färgwn borta. Alla handtag varr lösa inkkusive ytterdörren där hela låsmekanismen var lös.
− Det mesta ångrar att jag inte läste vad andra skrivigt om möss på rummet och vägglöss.... Och att bilderna från hemsidan var missvisande.
