10.0Отличный отель, который оставил очень приятное впечатление. Это была наша первая поездка в Китай, и китайское гостеприимство действительно приятно удивило. Персонал был внимательным и доброжелательным, всё было организовано на хорошем уровне. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки: выбор очень большой, есть и азиатская, и европейская кухня, много горячих блюд, мясо, курица, выпечка и всё необходимое для полноценного завтрака. Голодным точно не останешься. Большим плюсом для нас также стал лаунж-бар — удобное и приятное место, где можно спокойно отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Расположение отеля очень удачное: рядом пешеходная улица, магазины, кафе и основные туристические места. Для первой поездки в Пекин и знакомства с городом это отличный вариант. Мы остались полностью довольны проживанием. Уверенные 10 из 10. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и однозначно рекомендуем Hilton Beijing Wangfujing.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service and a perfect location.
10.0The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect, as it's very central. There is a large shopping mall just a 2–3 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room was much larger and nicer than we had expected. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

6.0Location Very close to Forbidden City and many other attractions. There is also a mall with a food court next door. Access The hotel is in a development complex that takes a few minutes to drive into. Entrance Door people friendly. Lobby is dark and small with few chairs for meeting people. Front Desk The worst part of our experience was the front desk. They started adding unexpected charges immediately and more later. No perks or recognition for HHonors status. They acted like we should be lucky to be there. If not for my kids I would have cancelled and gone to another hotel. We stayed in Hiltons across Asia and China. This one had the worst attitude we have ever experienced. Room Fantastic. Large with an incredible view and A+ amenities. We loved the room and the housekeeping services. Food The restaurants are dark and dingy. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Conclusion We will never stay in this hotel again. The front desk staff were absolutely rude and entitled. I hope the GM sees this and makes needed changes. Not acceptable - esp by Asian standards.
