1.0− We found bed bugs in the beds and had to leave
Great concert venue, every other aspect of the stay was average or below.
5.0Great concert venue. They excelled at that. Facilities were kept clean.
− Room was a very poor value compared to similarly priced rooms. The walk from the elevators to our room was REALLY long. The restaurants and bars close way too soon. The pool should stay open later for adults. The food was mediocre. This is a resort, they need to act like it. The casino was a major disappointment, but we didn't stay here because of the casino.

4.0The salt water pool and hot tub were great!
− All of the staff were unfriendly and seemed unhappy working there. The bartender at the pool told us that our entire stay only allowed for 2 drinks per person. My boyfriend and I each got a beer. We had only drank half of them and then went swimming. We were having fun and laughing - nothing outrageous. While we were in the pool, we caught the unhappy, cranky bartender lifting each of our beers to see if we had drunk them all. That evening we went to bed around 11 pm. Our neighbors next door were partying very loudly. At 2 pm we had to ask the front desk 3 times to go tell them to be quiet. The front desk hung up on us. The security guards came to our door saying they couldn't hear anybody being unruly. We took them to our balcony where they could clearly see and hear our neighbors. They finally got them quiet at 2:30 in the morning. We complained to the manager at the front desk the next day. He said "I can give you $100 off your bill, take it or leave it". No apologies or anything about the hotel staff. On top of all that, the slots are programmed way too tight and the dealers kept moving our bigger bets off the table. I don't recommend you visit here.
Looks Are Deceiving
2.0The property looks beautiful from the outside and even on the inside some of the areas are nice however, if you go to any of the concerts, you’ll be disappointed because the sound system needs to be changed. It’s awful. It’s really loud and there’s no smoothnessclarity with the singing or the music. It’s hard to hear the melody and that’s too bad because at one point, it was an awesome place the time we stayed in a room you could see that a lot of renovations were needed. Even the desk chair had old material that was ripped and worn.
Don't plan on taking a trip here if you are looking to play golf at Towa.
6.0The room was nice. Our favorite part was the nice restaurant.
− We ultimately went there to play golf and their golf course is in horrible shape. Before we paid for the rounds they informed us they have had problems and not to expect good conditions but wow. It was bad. We enjoyed some time at the pool but racked up a $200 bar tab without catching much of a buzz. Bartender was careful to make each drink quite weak, but hey it's vacation so we lived it up the best we could.
