1.0The fact it was near other restaurants. This was a bad experience 😕 with this room. The first room wasn't clean hair all over the bed. So they moved my husband and I to a different room, which was okay!
− The first room was nasty hair all over the bed and floor. And one of their works stole my things. I called to speak with the manager on Monday, and there is no return call yet from my voicemail I left. Never again will I stay at this hotel. Wasn't worth my money three hundred dollars. For two nights !!
Fantastic stay!
10.0I was given an ADD room that was very large with a separate sitting/work area. Very large bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was quiet, as requested. Two TVs in the room. Ample handicap parking in the well-lit parking area. Check-in was a breeze with very pleasant front desk clerk. I also received a nice warm walnut chocolate chip cookie at check-in. I had one of the best night's sleep in quite a while.
− There was not anything to dislike about the Double Tree. Excellent from check in to check out.

− We did not use the pool, but did sit in the area by the pool. The floor of this area was not clean.
