6.0Need to include eggs, bacon and sausages as part of the breakfast buffet. This will be the only reason I would return. Need to ensure beds are made for each night of stay. It does not take long to set the bed.

10.0Staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed to head to Hobbiton, and the helped recommend we see Te Puia and experience the Polynesia Spa. Good location, town itself doesn’t have much, so wouldn’t expect any more.
