2.0I was in this Hotel for 6 days. An experience to be forgotten! No air conditions and it was almost 40 °C degree only a weak fan in the room called “air conditioning”. I choose a Hotel with the restaurant, all the dinners were already paid but it was a nightmare. No possibility to chose anything, the meal was already decided. in a Cantine is better. I informed them that I don’t eat onion and garlic and I was served with garlic smashed potatos and onions and sausage which I had refused the day before. I think in Gail people are treated better.No napkins, no bread…Never more

8.0Great location and friendly staffs. The room is spacious but kind of outdated.
OK hotel but not great services
6.0On a good side, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The major down sides are that a) faces a very busy road; b) terrible WiFi connection; c) inconsistent quality of breakfast: in my case it was excellent on weekend, almost non-existent on Monday, and mediocre Tuesday. Overall, the price was too high for the quality provided. There are better hotels in Sofia downtown. Do not recommend this one
