4.0The pillows were super hard and the rooms weren’t sound proof at all. Lots of running up and down the halls at night time and yelling kids. I won’t be returning to this hotel in the future.

4.0Had to switch rooms as AC was not working. AC in both rooms was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation without high volume. Water park is small and very limited hours during the week. Staff is friendly but does not offer any options for the inconvenience of moving rooms. Action city is not included with your stay and the hotel is expensive. Pillows are flat. Would not recommend.
