Extremely disappointing
1.0The receptionist
− I stayed in Room 117 with my wife and kids, and we were all very disappointed with the condition of the room. It smelled extremely bad, like pet urine, and the floor was dirty with old dust and pet hair in almost every corner. The bathroom was even worse and smelled strongly like human urine. Honestly, it smelled worse than an abandoned public bathroom. The receptionist, however, was extremely kind and professional. She did her very best to help and even came to the room herself to spray several different air fresheners. Unfortunately, the smell was still too strong. She was unable to move us to another room because all the rooms with two beds were fully occupied. We checked in close to midnight, and I was already exhausted, but the smell was so bad that I couldn’t sleep at all. My wife and kids were also very uncomfortable and disappointed. We ended up checking out around 6:30 in the morning after staying only a few hours. I truly appreciate the receptionist’s effort and kindness, but this room should never have been given to guests in that condition.
