− Facilities weren’t cleaned well. Minibar was not stocked on arrival. Housekeeping was poor.

− Value for money is poor. Some of the facilities in my room did not work, response time to fix facilities was very long. Arranging a late check out was a dramatic unnecessary saga. Again if you pay premium price you should get premium service.

5.0Signature Level was the best part of my stay it had top shelf alcohol and areas I did not know about. I also, loved that they offered hookah and the shower in my room was outdoors.
− I didn't like the food. I'm also not a person to be picky at resorts but the food was not good at all. The steak house had the best food. The buffets were trash
