Parking

− I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this La Quinta was extremely disappointing. We specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper because we were traveling with family. Before arriving, I even completed the mobile check-in through the text message I received and selected a room on the 3rd floor. Despite that, the front desk couldn’t find our reservation, and the check-in process took much longer than it should have. Once they finally found the reservation, we were told that the hotel doesn’t have sofa sleepers at all, even though that was the room type we booked. When we got to the room, we found there actually was a pull-out bed hidden inside the sofa after removing the cushions, but the mattress was absolutely filthy. We went back to the front desk to ask for extra bed sheets, and instead of helping, the clerk told us not to use the pull-out bed because the hotel wouldn’t be responsible if it broke or someone got hurt. This was both confusing and unacceptable. The room also had a strong bad odor, and both the bathroom sink and bathtub drained very slowly, causing water to back up. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay. When we asked for extra comforters, we were told they didn’t have any regular white comforters available and were given odd-looking fabric blankets instead, which my kids didn’t even want to use. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the reservation issues, misleading room description, poor cleanliness, maintenance problems, non-functioning Wi-Fi, and lack of helpful customer service, this hotel fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable family stay.

People were very friendly, and the room was spotless.

− Overall stay was good, but the mattress in our room needs to be replaced. It dips so that both people are sliding towards the middle. Also, the AC motor was too loud.

Location . Manager was very nice and helped check us in early since we had an important event to attend and her employee didn't know what to do. Manager was helpful

Pleasant stay

Very clean room. Guest dryer was not working, so they dried our clothes free of charge. The staff was very friendly and they had free coffee 24/7. The bed was pretty comfy too.
