2.0To say this hotel is a dump is being kind. It is run down, neglected, and shabby. Our first sign was when the front desk clerk required us to visually look at the room rather than checking us in. She said it was too much trouble to check us in just to check us out. We had an engagement that evening and were rushed for time so we took the room. Big mistake, will not happen again! We booked a suite, the air conditioning did not work in the bedroom. We remediate by turning the sitting room air down low and keeping the door open. Furniture was worn out, scuffed and uncomfortable! Just a dump.
It was a nice place to stay.

1.0Booking.com made this experience bad. I can’t totally blame the property because booking was the ones who originally promised me something but did not follow thru on commitment.
− They had baby roaches. Sofa bed was broken. I did not want to report this, but since I did not receive what I was promised, I wanted everyone to know my experience.
