The hotel served its purpose for what it was for
8.0It was a little pain in the butt, because one of the elevators was down a lot of wait time to get to and from your room
− Parking was at a minimum

2.0It's inexcusable to know there is a large music festival going happening right across from the hotel parking lot, and not advise your guests of that when they check in. I would have gone elsewhere, and I expect many other hotel guests would have done the same thing. The music is so loud I turned the TV in my room off because I couldn't hear it. It's now 10:00 pm, I have to get up at 4:00 am, and there's no chance I'll get to sleep until whenever the festival is over later tonight. The hotel itself is fine, but you can't overlook this.

− The room was dark. More lighting was needed…in the room and bathroom. I could not determine if I was applying my makeup evenly.
