8.0− The sofa was terrible and the only chair in room was office chair. Whoever designed the sofa was for what they thought was stylish not comfort in room 226
It was a comfortable bed & clean shower which is what we needed.
7.0The staff is always courteous and helpful.
− The fragrance in the entry way & lobby is VERY STRONG and overpowering. Also it was humid in the room and almost smelled as if the carpet hadn’t dried after a cleaning. Also the coffee maker had dust inside so we were not able to use it.
Every step was worth my stay here.

6.0The location was excellent. Rooms are a great size and were clean.
− I was told I could check in early as I requested in advance but when I arrived the rooms were not ready. After 2hrs the rooms were finally ready but the refrigerator in one room didn't work neither did the ice maker on my floor.
