10.0The staff are some of the kindest most helpful and patient people you could ever want to meet. The rooms are roomy! Great balconies, all face the water. The rooms I've had there were always quiet with working fridge, TV, AC, etc. Very comfortable mattresses. Plenty of hot water for showers (that's a concern at a busy beach). Price/value cannot be beat. Not even with a stick!

8.0Amazing location! Hotel is a little dated and the tiny bathrooms leaving something to be desired. But hey, for the price on the beach listen to the waves you can't beat it.

10.0It was a nice hotel with a direct oceanfront room. The parking lot is tight so be mentally prepared for that and there is a resort fee but it was not terrible like some places. Front desk people were nice and we really enjoyed our room and bed after a long day.
