it was my first time solo staying in China and the staff were really helpful
10.0I got upgraded to really nice wide room with an excellent bathrooom. Also the concierge was super helpful with my attempt to book a place at a museum.
− I noticed that there wouldn't be much privacy in the bathroom if you wanted it! I don't think there was an actual door and the toilet door was made of glass as I recall, maybe wrong!

4.0None of the charging ports or sockets worked. I almost missed my alarm cuz my phone and electronics didn’t charge

− The air conditioning did not work, and the room smelled bad due to poor ventilation. The staff provided a fan, but it was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. One of my worst stays in China for sure. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
