Cheap room for one night to be near hospital for surgery next day.
6.0Bed was Comfortable and everything was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful
− No refrigerator, only shower no plumbing for bath tub. Sink was separated from wall

6.0Staff was outstanding! Room was ok. The elevator was tiny. This place is being renovated and they are cleaning it up very nicely. I would say, outside of the 3 dead roaches (which means they were sprayed) things were actually fairly nice.
− I booked 3 rooms for my family. One room had roaches in the bathroom so they put us in another room. Second room had a jiz stain on the sheet on one of the beds. Another room, the mattress was not a normal mattress, it was just lumps, so my elderly parents didn't sleep. My room was ok.
Beats sleeping on the street..??
3.0− Whilst the beds were made my sheets had several suspect stains on top and a BLOOD(!) stain on it. 1x night for 2 queens like this cost $85 they double-charged us AND checkin through virtual agent in the lobby was painfully long. Our key also didn't work so had to set a second one. The pillows were useless and thin. Beds stiff and uncomfortable. Lifts on level 2 smelt like a combination of urine, and burnt hair.
