10.0Gepflegte saubere Zimmer. Fast ausnahmlos sehr freundlicher u aufmerksamer Service. Vorbildlicher und informativer Check-in. Gutes empfehlenswertes Restaurant, gutes Frühstück. Sehr gute Öffi Anbindung zur Innenstadt. In nur 12 min ist man z B per Tram an der Zytglogge/am Casino. Ich bin öfters in Bern und werde das Sternen zukünftig bevorzugt buchen

10.0Hotel super confortável, com atendimento excelente. A atendente Milena foi super receptiva e atenciosa em nossa chegada, ajudando com informações de transporte e restaurantes. Transporte VLT na porta a cada 10 minutos, possibilitando o deslocamento dentro dos horários desejados. Ótima estadia em Berna.

10.0Der Sternen weiss wie man Reisende beherbergt. Hier wird Gastronomie Hotelerie gelebt. Sehr Freundlich man fühlt sich wohl. Zimmer sehr sauber und alle modernen eineichtlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Absolut top.
