Beautiful overall but lacked in comfort with broken AC and hard beds.
5.0Location was amazing for what we came for. The hotel is beautiful when you walk in. Maintenance man we met was very nice. The restaurant looked nice but we didn’t try it. Parking deck being attached to the hotel is wonderful.
− They didn’t have my reservation. Changed my room type which was okay I guess. The pool was like a sauna and it was 90 degrees outside. Couldn’t swim. The rooms AC was broken and they couldn’t move our room so we were given box fans for the duration of our stay. The forced “incidental” fee just to force spending at the hotel is weird. Beds were kinda hard so didn’t get a great nights sleep.

10.0Everyone at the Marriott City hotel was amazing! Eric, Andre, Luke in Valet n Keith in Rye bar. Housekeeping was outstanding as well! All very professional and a smile on their faces.
