− The cocktail waitress , I played poker for over six hours and she only came by once. I had to go To bar and order and pay for my drinks all week

4.0My room was comped, but the experience was disappointing. There was no hot water during our stay, and the room was so cramped that the refrigerator door couldn’t be opened fully because it hit the bed. After checkout, despite my final folio showing a $0.00 balance after my $92.17 resort fee was paid, Harrah’s repeatedly attempted to process an unexplained $46.39 charge to my credit card. I contacted the front desk and was told they didn’t know why the charge was being attempted, yet the attempts continued. I’m still waiting for a response from billing. I expected much better from a Caesars property.
The hotel did right their wrongs for me.

− My first room was cleaned in a hurry. The bed sheets were dirty. The lower the floor you stay on the worst the room.
