10.0I had a great stay at the Spark Hotel. The design of the hotel is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. Everything was spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

6.0Some furniture, the desk, even though just remodeled was scarred badly. Staff was helpful. Could not control fan without either turning on heat or AC. Lights were terrible, very bright and harsh. Breakfast was below average no hot options. Cheap tasteless food. Coffee ok. Refrigerator too small for anything. Will not stay again.

2.0Completely empty hotel that charges a ridiculous $25 fee to check in early. And even made me wait for that. I’d understand if the hotel was full but this was in the middle of nowhere by the highway. Broken gym and tv gets a handful of stations. All worthless. I stay at hotels half the year and am now removing any Hilton brands from being an option for me. Nickel and dime foolishness. Awful. Wish I had never made the reservation.
