10.0The staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies that we passed in the hallway said "Good morning" to us. The room was clean and spacious. The Hampton Inn & Suites was centrally located, which fit our plans well.
Bad Customer Service
2.0This hotel has demonstrated terrible customer service, I was a repeat customer who has visited multiple times a year and over the years past. They double charged me multiple reservations when I only attempted to extend my stay. There was no notification or call, they said the second stay counted as a no show even though I was on property. They never called me or anything and wouldn’t reverse the charges when I called to find out why I had two charges, not even for a loyal customer. I am very disappointed, I will not return and cannot recommend.
