1.0− Very dirty; the bathroom and toilet were filthy, and the room had a bad smell. Everything was extremely old and worn out, and the bed sheets were never changed during my four-night stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

− They did not clean their rooms saying they only clean once in three days. The.staff were not.helpful
A good place to stay in North London.
7.0Excellent location with bus stops and proximity to station, cafes and restaurants a few minutes down the road. Comfortable bed, lovely hot water in shower. Staff very helpful and friendly, lending electricity adapter, ordering taxis etc.
− Only stairs, no lift, so disabled or elderly guests would have to request only ground floor rooms. Breakfast poor, food that should have been hot was cold. One would have to arrive at the dining room early to eat hot.

− Rather small and quite a walk to get to up on the top floor attic space. Hotel facilities were therefore not near the room.

− Woda przeciekała z sufitu, czekaliśmy na pomoc długi czas, po czym przeniesiono nas do pokoju z zepsutym oknem - nie domykało się. Było bardzo zimno. Nie polecam.
