Nothing is there to like

− No proper service, need to call every day for cleaning not properly changing the bedsheets, and in the booking time the rooms showing city view but no view at all, the given kettle is damaged nothing is good, I select the property becouse of past reviews but nothing is there only location is comfortable and some of the staff also good

A great hotel in the heart of Bengaluru, a little noisy but friendly and comfortable

There are many excellent things about this hotel. I chose it based on the location, which allowed me to attend the Bangalore Karaga easily, as it was a short walk away. Cubbon Park was also really accessible, as was the Metro - both lines only 10 min walk away. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the staff were kind and friendly. The restaurant was a highlight, for the roof terrace, the excellent food and the kindly staff. I really appreciated the help I was given in organising a taxi, finding band aid for my blistered feet, changing the room to a quieter one, and the room service, laundry and water delivery. I thought the hotel was extremely good value for money. I really thank the staff there for making my visit pleasant and convenient.

− No hotel in this location is ever going to be very quiet, but the renovation inside the hotel meant drilling and hammering during the afternoon and early evening. My room was moved, was an improvement, but it was still not quiet. Other than this, the only thing is that you have to ask for more water and for room cleaning. I did ask for water, but I wasn't sure how often to ask for room cleaning, so I never did.
