− When we arrived the receptionist was very rude but the lady in the morning when we checked out was lovely and polite.

1.0Beautiful hotel - rooms & beds very comfy Denise and most of the staff were helpful, professional and caring. Always my 1st choice when visiting family in the area .
− This year I was let down by the reception lady who I think is the new reception manager ? Did report to the manager at the time. She was Extremely rude. Verbally Challenged me in a condescending manor. I had an extra room agreed the previous night by the even manager due to bereavement. Refused to allow us entry & we had paid and also room was made up ready. Never been addressed so sharply in my time at this lovely hotel. Uncomfortably had to allow us int he room & never apologised.
Overall I had a pleasant stay
