10.0Nice hotel with super friendly check in girl. Convenient location for multiple activities in the Black Hills. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Great location, clean and comfortable
10.0Had a 4 night stay as we explored the Black Hills region. The hotel location just on the edge of the town of Custer was very convenient. The room was a good size and very clean. The balcony was a nice bonus. Staff were polite. Some items at breakfast were missing or short.

10.0Custer is situated nicely between the number of day trips we took. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were busy refilling containers and helpful with a smile. The lady at the front desk on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday was very friendly. We really liked the layout of the room. Plenty of space for two suitcases and other bags.
Great location for parks.
8.0Great location that is central to all activities in the area. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Breakfast was edible but same thing every day got old after 5 days.
