10.0Mr Alaa Negah at the restaurant and Mr Michael were very helpful when we had a tough experience by the pool. They came to our aid with our food on time and we appreciated their prompt service

6.0انا باحب المكان ده. و اغلب الموظفين متعاونين. و المكان نظيف و مرتب
− تأخير كبير فى استلام الغرف و اجراءات طويله و استلمنا غرفه تكييفها مش شغال... و كلمت الموظف.. قاللى ح نحاول نحلها... قضي يومك عادى!!!! يعنى انا عندهم من اتنين الظهر.. استلمت الغرفه تباته و ربع و التكييف اتصلح اربعه!! يعنى اليوم اغلبه ضاع!
