1.0Cancelaram minha reserva oeiginal sem minha autorização e depois cobraram valor quase 4 vezes maior que a reserva original. Disseram que o problema teria que ser resolvido peko Bookimg e não por eles. Nunca isso me aconteceu.

− Взяли депозит 100 евро на случай если мы воспользуемся минибаром, об этом никто не предупреждал заранее. Странная политика!!! Выезжали рано утром, принимали номер, мы сидели ждали пока номер примут, , после этого отдади депозит. Странная практика для отеля 5 звезд. Плохо работал кондиционер. Днем просто холодно в номере, кондиционер гоняет холодный воздух. Как нам объяснили, что только вечером включают на тепло.... Подушки поосто железные, по другому не скажешь. До 5 звёзд как до луны...
