9.0À proximité du téléphérique et du centre de Pralognan. Logement propre et bien équipé.
− Le personnel physiquement absent même sur les heures d’ouverture de l’accueil. Un numéro de téléphone est cependant disponible pour pouvoir appeler le référent. Aucune communication de la part de l’hôtel lorsque la ville de Pralognan a été bloquée par l’incendie. Aucune note, e-mail ou sms pour nous prévenir des prises en charges ou quand est-ce que nous devions quitter la chambre et dans quelles conditions. Communication à améliorer.
