Rooms were okay nice balconies but room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived reception was quite rude and unhelpful,

1.0- la gentillesse des barman du bar ainsi que ceux autour de la piscine. - parmi le personnel de ménage, contact très sympathique avec 1 employée.
− - employés pas a l'écoute des clients. - pas de professionnalisme au niveau des employés de la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant. - trop bruyant pendant la nuit avec des jeunes qui tapaient les portes, qui chantaient et qui criaient. Malgré mes plaintes a la réception en expliquant que j'avais un enfant, qu'il n'arrivait pas a dormir, le personnel n'a jamais donner suite. - ménage minimaliste presque inexistant a part les linges de bain souvent changés. - téléphone de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. - une prise dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. - tuyau du lave-vaisselle qui s'est débrancher en inondant le coin cuisine. - vaisselle insuffisante et les poêles de mauvaises qualités. - poubelle cassée. - animation plutôt adaptée au sexe masculin, pas pour les femmes. Et celles des enfants, trop enfantines, rien pour les enfants de 10 ans et + - propreté de la piscine douteuse
