10.0Fantastic location with tons of dining options nearby. After eating out, we stopped by the hotel bar and the service was excellent — our bartender was attentive to every table and the bar top all night (didn’t catch his name, but he was great). Special shout-out to Harlee — she checked in on all the guests, was warm and welcoming, and clearly went above and beyond. All the staff were great, but she really stood out. Great location, great team. Highly recommend

10.0The Jacksonville Sheraton Hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Laura and Sherman fixed a problem we had at check in. Not only were they accommodating, they were also kind and patient. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. The decor, rooms and atmosphere were beautiful.
