Schoon hotel, goede locatie

− Veel lawaai van apparaten en leidingen in het plafond. Wij hebben ‘s nachts wakker gelegen van stromend water wat hard door de leidingen boven ons klotste. Tevens veel gebrom van de airco, die niet eens aan stond. Na melding bij de receptie werd hier niets mee gedaan. Kamers zijn gehorig. De bedden zijn tevens aan de korte kant.

De locatie was dicht bij de metro.

− Het bed was ontzettend hard, schimmel in heel de badkamer, de douchekop spoot recht naar voren (ipv dat de straal van boven komt), dit was ook niet anders in te stellen. Warm water was na 10 minuten op. Mede door bovenstaande zijn wij een dag eerder vertrokken naar een ander hotel. Dit leken ze bij de receptie niet te snappen. Voor ons geen Ibis meer.
