10.0Stefano arranged transportation from our ship in Chioggia to a water taxi in Venice directly to our hotel at less cost than with ship arranged transfer. Communications were excellent through email. They answered all questions expeditiously. Exceptional service. Same for transport via water taxi to airport.

9.0Alles war sehr schön, das Hotel ist ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert. Wunderbarer Ausblick. Es ist zwar "nur" ein Hotel Garni, aber um die Ecke gibt es wirklich genügend Restaurants.
L' hotel Bucintoro è ormai il mio punto di riferimento a Venezia. Molto raccolto e romantico!

9.0The location of the hotel was perfect for us, and the view from our room was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff at check in and breakfast were all helpful and friendly.
− The room was compact which we expected and did not mind. However we found the small bathroom awkward with little space to put basic toiletries.
