− It would have been better if I could give my tip through QR code or zelle because I didn't have cash with me, thus I was able to give what cash I have on hand which is too minimal.

We were exhausted, we pulled the curtains and took a great afternoon catnap in a cold dark room, with a comfortable bed

5.0The staff were incredible! Incredibly personable and outgoing. There was a tornado warning on our last night in town and staff was very proactive in getting everyone to a safe spot. The view from our windows was honestly pretty beautiful nothing special but I loved it. There was ample parking and the breakfast wasn't too bad.
− The pool and spa was closed for the entire trip. We had called about 2 weeks prior asking for the pool hours and we're told nothing about the pool being closed. The laundry area at the hotel was completely disgusting we didn't end up needing it but the ice machine and the vending machines were there and the literal ceiling was falling out and brown ceiling water was pouring into the ice machine.
