9.0Love this property! I stay here every time in Palm springs and it never disappoints. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very kind and professional and showed me everything that I needed to know to find my room. Pool felt great and was clean, beds are so comfortable here I slept like a log and the free breakfast was an extra perk.

8.0The bartender at the pool was friendly and helpful.
− My son went to do laps at the pool the first night and was told the pool was closed already- 15 minutes early. He swam anyway and the guy who was cleaning wasn't happy. This is unacceptable that a pool closes early for its guests. I would think twice before returning.
