7.0The front desk clerk Christine was great. I hope every time my family visit OCM she's there. She will definitely be the reason I visit the Plim again and the pool. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Nightmare

− There's absolutely no parking. The hotel is falling apart and looks like its about to collapse. The hotel is extremely dirty and run down.
It was ok
6.0Friendly staff, location on the boardwalk and the pool with the live music and bar.
− The room was so humid, nothing dried. The rug was full of sand. Found a hair in the bath tub and dried squished poo on the bathroom floor. Only 1 night stand. Asked for clean towels, housekeeping forgot to put them in the room. We had to go get some.

4.0The location was excellent. On beach and boardwalk and can walk to everything. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
− The room was outdated and the bathroom was not clean, peeling paint dirty bathtub and no vanity over sink. The hallway constantly smelled musty.
No toilet paper in 2/3 stalls in the lobby , not once in 3 days did housekeeping check our room to refill towels and
1.0− Housekeeping doesn’t check stay over rooms seems they only do check outs not once in my 3 night stay did they come to the room to fill anything I had to go to the desk multiple times walls are paper thin can hear above you and beside you
