10.0The room is decently clean. The floor needs mopping, specifically the floor area in the space allocated for the desk. Under the desk the floor is very sticky.

4.0This hotel was not handicap accessible like I was told. The AYS Manager was very rude short and disrespectful. I was in town for a medical condition for my daughter and was not treated with the hospitality and respect that was deserved.
