− The facade of the hotel is unattractive
Nice location and nice staff but property needs a good cleaning tho.
5.0Location is great and the staff were very helpful and kind at the front desk and in the kitchen.
− Our bedding was very dirty and we had to get clean sheets and a blanket at 11pm when we went to go to sleep because they were filthy and covered with black marks all over. The bed sheet and bottom sheet needed to be thrown out if they were “cleaned” as they were stained. Also couldn’t get towels or pool towels for 4 hours during the middle of the day because we were told numerous times they were doing laundry. They need to get better/more cleaning staff for rooms and pool area.
